What is Fall Gathering?
A Virtual Gathering connecting young people in VAY from all regions to encourage, equip, and challenge us to follow Jesus and make disciples for Him at our local churches and beyond.
Who is Fall Gathering for?
Fall Gathering targets all leaders and emerging leaders in our churches, including high school and college students, post-college, married couples, and families. All are welcome to join the Opening & Closing sessions. We will also be offering three workshop tracks:
high school
college & career
married couples & families
Where is Fall Gathering held?
Due to COVID-19, this year’s upcoming VAY Fall Gathering will be held online. The main Opening & Closing sessions will be broadcast on YouTube Live, while workshops will be held on Zoom.
When is Fall Gathering?
The upcoming VAY Virtual Fall Gathering will be on Saturday, November 7, 2020 from 10AM - 3PM PST / 1PM - 6PM EST.
Is registration required to attend Fall Gathering?
No - you do not need to register to view the Opening & Closing sessions. At the scheduled times please head to our YouTube channel to watch the broadcasts.
Is registration required to participate in workshops after the Opening Session?
Yes - we have limited space in our workshops so please register for these workshops on our Fall Gathering Page.
I already registered to attend a workshop but now I would like to select a different one. Can I make that change?
Yes - please email vietnameseallianceyouth@gmail.com to let us know you’d like to make a change to your workshop registration.
I’m a youth worker/leader/pastor and would like to attend the high school workshop track, how do I register?
Leaders - please email vietnameseallianceyouth@gmail.com to request permission to attend a high school workshop.
What is Zoom?
Zoom is an online video conferencing tool similar to Skype or Google Hangouts. For more information check out our Guide to Zoom.
