On West McKinley Ave, turn into Fairplex Gate 3 to arrive at the hotel & conference center.

 

Parking

To help ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you:

  • Allow sufficient time to find parking, and

  • Plan to be seated in the worship hall at least 15 minutes before the service begins.

  • Online Check-In:

    • When completing online check-in, please select “NO Parking” and do not scan the QR code at the parking entrance.

      • The District has negotiated a special overnight parking rate of $9/night.

      • If you scan the QR code or choose parking during online check-in, the hotel will charge the standard rate of $25/night.

    • Upon arrival, hotel staff will provide a parking voucher for you to place on your dashboard.

    Bring Your Confirmation Email:

    • Please bring the confirmation email from Sheraton with your confirmation number for a smoother check-in experience.

    • Since many Vietnamese names are similar, using the confirmation number will help staff check you in more quickly and accurately.

  • Hotel staff will be available early in the morning at the parking area to collect payment and issue parking vouchers.

    Parking will be $6/day with in & out privileges.
