Ted is the lead pastor of San Jose Christian Alliance Church, a vibrant multicultural congregation in the heart of Silicon Valley. Ted, while pursuing a career in medicine, had an encounter with God that changed his life forever. After graduating college, he joined Youth With A Mission, traveling and proclaiming the gospel around the world for the next 3 years. He went onto study at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston, MA, where he met and married his wife Sandy. Ted and Sandy joined San Jose Christian Alliance Church in March of 2002 as missionary candidates hoping to go to China after a couple years of internship. But, God had a different plan for their lives, and called them to pastor the church since then. God blessed them with four lovely daughters: Abigail, Isabel, Rachel and Bethel.
