Spiritual Rest

Passage:
Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you… and you will find rest for your souls. — Matthew 11:28-30

1. Are you striving to earn God’s favor in any area of your life instead of resting in His grace?

2. For those in ministry, if you were to stop and take a break, would this negatively affect your relationship with God?
