Parking

We are expecting approximately 3,500 attendees on Sunday morning at this year’s conference. To help ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you:

  • Allow sufficient time to find parking, and

  • Plan to be seated in the worship hall at least 15 minutes before the service begins.

  • Online Check-In:

    • When completing online check-in, please select “NO Parking” and do not scan the QR code at the parking entrance.

      • The District has negotiated a special overnight parking rate of $7/night.

      • If you scan the QR code or choose parking during online check-in, the hotel will charge the standard rate of $25/night.

    • Upon arrival, hotel staff will provide a parking voucher for you to place on your dashboard.

    Bring Your Confirmation Email:

    • Please bring the confirmation email from Sheraton with your confirmation number for a smoother check-in experience.

    • Since many Vietnamese names are similar, using the confirmation number will help staff check you in more quickly and accurately.

  • Hotel staff will be available early in the morning at the parking area to collect payment and issue parking vouchers.

    Please bring exact cash ($5/day with in & out privileges) as no change will be given—this will help speed up the process.

  • This year, we are introducing a new service for those who need transportation between the Sheraton Hotel and the Conference Center. If you require this service, please take note of the following schedule:

    • 06:00 AM – 06:25 AM: From hotel to conference center

    • 08:00 AM – 08:30 AM: From hotel to conference center

    • 12:30 PM – 01:00 PM: From dining area (Expo 9) to hotel

    • 01:30 PM – 01:45 PM: From hotel to conference center

    • 06:00 PM – 06:15 PM: From dining area (Expo 9) to hotel

    • 06:30 PM – 06:45 PM: From hotel to conference center

    • 09:15 PM – 09:30 PM: From conference center to hotel
