You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. — Isaiah 26:3

1. What thoughts or distractions have been occupying your mind lately that are keeping you from fully resting in God’s truth?

2. How can you renew your mind with God’s Word this week to experience greater clarity and peace? Some helpful suggestions can be Post-It notes of a Scripture passage or even a small devotional in the morning before the busyness of the day starts.
